By purchasing our products you accept these terms and conditions

ORDERING & DELIVERY

When the online shop is live, online payments will be requested via Paypal using debit/credit card.

When your payment has been taken, you will receive an email confirming that your order, has been placed. If you're having difficulty with this process, please contact khalidabates@gmail.com.

All jewellery is lovingly made by hand at our Isle of Wight home. Each piece is unique, so there will only ever be one of each, however if you've seen something you'd like, you are able to contact us, with requests. 

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail, signed for. Please be aware that all deliveries will require a signature. I will aim to dispatch your Sea Jewels the next working day from when you place your order.

*When offering FREE postage, parcels maybe sent by Royal Mail Second Class Recorded Delivery.

PACKAGING

All of our jewellery will arrive individually hand tissue wrapped and in a lovely grey or blue branded box, all ready for gifting and will include a personal thank you note. If you would like the note to include a little hand written personal message, please 'add note' at the checkout when ordering or contact khalidabates@gmail.com.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope that you'll love your sea treasure as much as we do! However if you do wish to return an item, this can be done up to 7 days from purchase providing that the item has not been worn, is in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS

​We regret that in compliance with the current UK Health and Hygiene regulations, we cannot accept the return of pierced items such as earrings or studs. Bespoke, personalised or made to order items are also not entitled to a refund.

Please contact us before returning. If you are posting the item back to us, we recommend that you use insured special delivery as we will not be responsible for loss in transit. Please note that the cost of shipping is not refundable. Always retain the proof of posting.
